Rhianna's Eye Look

Rhi Rhi's gray/silver eye look is sooo darn cute. I am praying this is a look Candiecc (An excellent make-up Youtuber) will recreate these looks for me. I am loving this look so much that I had to go to a pro. What do you think of this look??

Aveeno Skin Brighting Daily Scrub

Aveeno Skin Brighting Daily Scrub is a super super fab facial scrub. This is a nice gentle exfoliating scrub that is not harsh on the skin. (I have very sensitive skin.) If you are using any scrubs with nuts or shells in them, please throw them in the trash. The nuts and shells are to harsh and can damage your skin. I have used this mask for over a year and I totally love it! It also contains soy. Soy is wonderful for the skin. For more information on soy, click here.

You can purchase it at any drug store (Walgreens, Drugstore.com, CVS, etc) or discount stores like Target or Wal-Mart for around $6.99.

Here is the write up on the product from the Aveeno home page.

This daily facial scrub helps improve skin tone, texture and clarity to reveal brighter, more radiant skin. This unique formula combines natural soy extracts with smooth, round microbeads to gently exfoliate while you cleanse, leaving skin soft, smooth and even-looking. Good for everyday use and gentle enough for sensitive skin. Additional Product Benefits Include: soap-free, oil-free, hypoallergenic, noncomedogenic

Fab Hand Cream

I was given Crabtree & Evelyn Garners Hand Therapy hand cream as a gift a few years ago. I looked at it and thought, "What is this?" It was a gift from a manager and I was sure it was something his wife picked up for the staff. (You know the gift where they feel obligated to get the staff something.....Anything!) I wasn't expecting anything great from this cream. I even put it in the back of my drawer at work and didn't think about it again for awhile.

Well, one day I needed some lotion. (Yeah, I washed my hands one to many times that day and the ashy look is soooo not cute! lol) I pulled out the Crabtree & Evelyn and gave it try. It was okay at first use. I thought, "It does the job. A regular hand cream right?" Here is the kicker, I went to add more lotion later; I didn't need any more!! My hands were so soft. It's not greasy at all!! The smell is not overpowering. I pulled out the lotion and used it daily. (Instead of the Avojuice by OPI that I was enjoying before.)

I can't be without my Crabtree & Evelyn for long. My hands are soo soft. I can tell the difference from continuous use. Give it a try! I really think you will love it too.

Vitamins and Supplements

Vitamins are a really important part for Hair, skin, and nails. Not only are some of these vitamins good for you hair, skin, and nails; they are also beneficial for overall health. When you are healthy your hair benefits too!!

Once I started my journey for long hair, I really started researching different vitamins and ways they would benefit me.

MSM......MSM is great for joints but many use it for hair growth. I used it for a little white and stopped. MSM gave me horrible headaches. :(

Biotin......I love biotin. Not only does it give strong, beautiful nails; it also help tremendously with hair growth. I take 5mg of biotin daily. You must drink plenty of water with biotin to avoid skin break-outs.

Omega 3-6-9 Oil, Fish Oil, and Flaxseed Oil......These are the 'good' fats. These fatty acids are great for hair and skin. I started taking these for my hair but my skin really flourished with these.

Multi-vitamin and Iron......These not only help your overall health but they are good for you hair too!! I use Kroger Multivitamin. My eye doctor recommended this brand and I have been taking it every since.

I have other vitamins and have taken others but these are the most important one I found from my experience with vitamins. I get almost all my vitamins from Vitamin Shoppe
